CRUNCHY MEXICAN SALAD BOWL

Cooking time: 15 min for corn
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop Yumi’s Mexican Bean Dip or Create
1 handfull of chopped lettuce leaves
4 cherry tomatoes, halveed
1 baby cucumber, sliced
1/4 avocado, diced
Shaving of red cabbage
1/4 cob of corn, baked or grilled
3 crubled cornchips
Sprinkle of grated cheese
Chopped chilli & herbs to taste
Wedge of lime
METHOD
Arrange all of the yummy ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
