FALAFEL & HOMMUS SALAD BOWL

Cooking time: 15 min for rice
INGREDIENTS
1 scoop Yumi’s Classic Hommus
5 Yumi’s Classic Falafels
1 scoop tabouleh (recipe below)
2 baby cucumbers
Hand full lettuce leaves
Hand full of cherry tomatoes, halved
5 olives
1 scoop of cooked rice
Herbs & seeds to garnish
METHOD
Arrange all of the yummy ingredients in a bowl and enjoy!
TABOULEH
Finely dice equal parts parsely, tomato, cucumber and red onion. Mix with equal part quinoa, a squeexe of lemon juice & pinch of salt.
