Vegan Hommus Queso

Serves 8 as a snack

Ingredients

Prep time: 5 mins

2 x 200g Yumi’s Traditional Middle Eastern Hommus
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
60ml boiling water
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tbsp harissa paste
Pinch sea salt
Boiled corn kernels, black beans and coriander leaves, to garnish
Corn chips, to serve

Method

  1. Combine hommus, nutritional yeast, water, spices and harissa in a high powered blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
  2. Spoon into a serving bowl, scatter with corn kernels, black beans and coriander, to garnish.  Serve with corn chips.
