VEGAN HOMMUS QUESO
Serves 8 as a snack

INGREDIENTS
2 x 200g Yumi’s Traditional Middle Eastern Hommus
2 tbsp nutritional yeast flakes
60ml boiling water
½ tsp ground cumin
¼ tsp Cayenne pepper
1 tbsp harissa paste
Pinch sea salt
Boiled corn kernels, black beans and coriander leaves, to garnish
Corn chips, to serve
METHOD
Combine hommus, nutritional yeast, water, spices and harissa in a high powered blender and blitz until smooth and creamy.
Spoon into a serving bowl, scatter with corn kernels, black beans and coriander, to garnish. Serve with corn chips.
