VEGGIE MINIS NACHOS

INGREDIENTS
1 packet Yumi’s Roasted Veggie and Oregano Minis
4 large handfuls corn chips
½ cup tasty cheese
50g tinned black beans, rinsed and drained
Sour cream, to serve
Yumi’s Choice Guacamole, to serve
Coriander leaves, to serve
METHOD
Combine Yumi’s Veggie Minis and corn chips on an oven safe tray. Sprinkle with cheese and black beans.
Preheat grill to 200ºC and cook until cheese has melted and Veggie Minis are heated through, about 4-5 mins.
Dollop generously with Yumi’s Choice Guacamole and sour cream then scatter with coriander leaves to serve.
