Yumi’s White Bean with Lemon and Oregano Spaghetti

Endless Possibilities with Yumi’s White Beans with Lemon & Oregano

Ingredients
150g dried spaghetti
1 tub of Yumi’s White Bean with Lemon and Oregano dip
Large handful of baby rocket leaves
1/3 cup chopped smoked (or roasted) almonds
Freshly cracked black pepper

Method
- Bring 2L salted water to the boil. Add spaghetti and cook according to packet instructions. Drain the spaghetti reserving 1 cup of the cooking water.
- Whisk together the reserved cooking water with the dip. Add drained spaghetti and rocket and toss to coat, allow the rocket to wilt slightly.
- Divide between two bowls and sprinkle with chopped almonds and freshly cracked black pepper to serve..
