Yumi’s White Bean with Lemon and Oregano Spaghetti

 Endless Possibilities with Yumi’s White Beans with Lemon & Oregano

Serves 2



150g dried spaghetti
1 tub of Yumi’s White Bean with Lemon and Oregano dip
Large handful of baby rocket leaves
1/3 cup chopped smoked (or roasted) almonds
Freshly cracked black pepper


  1. Bring 2L salted water to the boil.  Add spaghetti and cook according to packet instructions.  Drain the spaghetti reserving 1 cup of the cooking water.
  2. Whisk together the reserved cooking water with the dip.  Add drained spaghetti and rocket and toss to coat, allow the rocket to wilt slightly.
  3. Divide between two bowls and sprinkle with chopped almonds and freshly cracked black pepper to serve..
