Yumi’s Sweet Potato and Cashew Chicken Wingettes


 Endless Possibilities with Yumi’s Sweet Potato and Roasted Cashews

Serves 4-6 as a snack

Ingredients

1 x tub Yumis Sweet Potato and Roasted Cashews dip
2 cloves garlic, crushed
Juice 1/2 lime
1/4 cup maple syrup
1kg chicken wing nibbles (wing drumettes and wingettes, no tip)
Prosciutto slices
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper

Method

  1. Preheat oven to 200ºC (180ºC fan).  Line a large baking tray with foil.
  2. In a large bowl combine Yumi’s Sweet Potato and Cashew dip, garlic, lime juice and maple syrup, season then mix well.  Add chicken nibbles and toss to coat well.
  3. Tear prosciutto slices in half lengthways and wrap a piece around each piece of chicken.
  4. Arrange chicken pieces on tray and bake 20-25 mins or until cooked through.  Serve with extra dip.
