Yumi’s Smokey Garlic Chicken

 Endless Possibilities with Yumi’s Traditional Garlic

Serves 4-6



1/2 tub Yumi’s Traditional Garlic Dip
1 tsp smoked paprika
1 tsp dried oregano
1 tsp onion powder (optional)
Zest of 1 lemon
6 skinless chicken thigh fillets
Steamed rice, to serve


  1. Combine dip, spices and lemon zest.  Mix well, then add chicken and toss to coat.  Cover and refrigerate 4-6 hours to marinate.
  2. Grill chicken thighs on BBQ or in a frypan until cooked through.  Serve with steamed rice.
