Yumi’s Nicoise Bruschetta

 Endless Possibilities with Yumi’s Traditional Middle Eastern Hommus

Serves 10 as a snack



1 large loaf white sourdough bread, thickly sliced into 10 pieces
1 tub Yumi’s Traditional Middle Eastern Hommus
2 boiled eggs, peeled, crumbled
5 baby chat potatoes, boiled and cooled, thickly sliced
15 cherry tomatoes, halved
20 pitted Kalamata olives
Anchovy fillets (optional)
Watercress leaves
Sea salt flakes and freshly cracked pepper, to serve 


  1. Toast the bread slices and allow to cool slightly.  Spread a generous amount of hommus onto each slice.
  2. Arrange remaining ingredients over the toasts and season with salt and pepper.  Serve immediately.
