Yumi’s Egg Dip Pasta Salad

 Endless Possibilities with Yumi’s Egg with Real Mayo

Serves 6-8 as a side


350g spiral pasta
2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1 small red onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 x 200g Yumi’s Egg with Real Mayo
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
30g cornichons, finely chopped, plus extra to serve
Chives, to serve
Micro herbs, to serve
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper


  1. Cook pasta according to packet instructions.  Drain and run under cold, running water to cool.
  2. In a large bowl combine all ingredients.  Mix well and season to taste.
  3. Serve the salad topped with chopped chives, extra cornichons and micro herbs to decorate.
