Yumi’s Egg Dip Pasta Salad

Endless Possibilities with Yumi’s Egg with Real Mayo
Serves 6-8 as a side
Ingredients
350g spiral pasta
2 stalks of celery, finely chopped
1 small red onion, peeled and finely chopped
1 x 200g Yumi’s Egg with Real Mayo
1 tbsp Dijon mustard
30g cornichons, finely chopped, plus extra to serve
Chives, to serve
Micro herbs, to serve
Sea salt and freshly cracked black pepper

1 tbsp Dijon mustard
30g cornichons, finely chopped, plus extra to serve
Chives, to serve
Micro herbs, to serve

Method
- Cook pasta according to packet instructions. Drain and run under cold, running water to cool.
- In a large bowl combine all ingredients. Mix well and season to taste.
- Serve the salad topped with chopped chives, extra cornichons and micro herbs to decorate.
