Yumi’s Chocolate Hommus Ganache Dessert Platter

 Endless Possibilities with Yumi’s Traditional Middle Eastern Hommus

Serves 8-10 as a snack


1 x 200g tub Yumi’s Traditional Middle Eastern Hommus
2 tbsp icing sugar
2 tsp vanilla bean paste
¼ cup thickened cream
225g dark choc melts
Fresh berries, biscotti, mini waffles, kiwifruit, fresh figs, meringues and nuts to serve


  1. Whisk together hommus, sugar, vanilla and thickened cream.
  2. Melt dark chocolate and stir through the hommus mixture.
  3. Spoon into a presentation bowl.  Serve on a board with fresh fruits, biscotti, waffles and nuts to dip.
