Yumi’s Cheesy French Onion Hommus Baguette

 Endless Possibilities with Yumi’s French Onion Hommus

Serves 8 as a snack


1 long baguette

250g cream cheese, softened to room temperature

1 tub Yumi’s French Onion Hommus

3 spring onions, sliced

4 rashers streaky bacon, finely diced, fried

2 cups mixed, grated cheese

Freshly cracked black pepper


  1. Preheat oven to 180ºC.  Line a large baking tray with foil.
  2. Make a large cut down the length of the baguette. 
  3. In a bowl, mix together the cream cheese, Yumi’s French Onion Hommus, spring onion, fried bacon and grated cheese.  Stir well then season with pepper.
  4. Stuff the filling into the cut of the baguette, making sure it is evenly filled.  Cut the baguette into 4 even lengths then assemble and wrap in foil.  Place onto the prepared tray and bake for 15 mins.  Uncover and cook under the oven grill (HIGH) for a further 5 mins until golden and melted.  Serve immediately.
