Veggie Minis Nachos

1 packet Yumi’s Veggie Minis
4 large handfuls corn chips
½ cup tasty cheese
50g tinned black beans, rinsed and drained
Sour cream, to serve
Yumi’s Choice Guacamole, to serve
Coriander leaves, to serve
- Combine Yumi’s Veggie Minis and corn chips on an oven safe tray. Sprinkle with cheese and black beans.
- Preheat grill to 200ºC and cook until cheese has melted and Veggie Minis are heated through, about 4-5 mins.
- Dollop generously with Yumi’s Choice Guacamole and sour cream then scatter with coriander leaves to serve.
