Yumi’s Choc Hommus Bliss Balls

Endless Possibilities with Yumi’s Traditional Middle Eastern Hommus
Makes 30
Ingredients
1 2/3 cups dessicated coconut, plus extra to decorate
5 tbsp raw cacao powder
350g pitted medjool dates
1 2/3 cups roasted almonds
5 tbsp Yumi’s Traditional Hommus
¼ tsp sea salt
5 tbsp raw cacao powder

Method
- Combine all ingredients in a food processor. Pulse to combine then allow to process on high for 2-3 mins until the mixture comes together like a dough.
- Divide mixture into 30 portions (about 1 heaped tbsp each). Roll into balls then toss in extra coconut. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
