Choc Christmas Truffles

150g pitted medjool dates
150g store-bought gluten free fruit cake, roughly crumbled
2 tbsp cocoa powder
2 tbsp Yumi’s Traditional Middle Eastern Hommus
Desiccated coconut, to decorate
Combine dates, cake, cocoa powder and hommus in a food processor and pulse until the mixture becomes a thick paste.
Pour coconut onto a plate. Roll mixture into balls, about 1 tbsp each, then roll in coconut to coat. Refrigerate until ready to serve.
