Yumi’s Speedy Corn Soup


 Endless Possibilities with Yumi’s Roasted Sweet Corn

Serves 2

Ingredients

1 x 200g tub Yumi’s Roasted Sweet Corn dip
1 cup salt-reduced chicken stock
1 cup frozen corn kernels
Fried noodles, to serve (available from the Asian section of most supermarkets)

Method

  1. Combine all ingredients in a small saucepan and heat until corn has cooked.  Use a stick blender (or transfer to a blender) and process until smooth).  Serve with fried noodles.
