FALAFEL & HOMMUS WRAP

INGREDIENTS

1 scoop Yumi’s Classic Hommus
5 Yumi’s Classic Falafels, halved
1 scoop tabouleh (recipe below)
1/2 tomato, sliced
1 wrap of your choice

METHOD

  1. Arrange all of the yummy ingredients on your wrap and roll up. Cut on an angle to get a bit fancy.

  2. Eat raw or toast it up on a sandwich press.

TABOULEH

Finely dice equal parts parsely, tomato, cucumber and red onion. Mix with equal part quinoa, a squeeze of lemon juice & pinch of salt.
