Our Veggie Bites are cooked and ready to eat. For best results, follow the heating instructions below. Note that heating times are a guide. If frozen, thaw before heating.
Oven: Preheat oven to 180°C and bake for 5-8 minutes (or until heated through). Microwave (900W): Microwave for 45-60 seconds or (until heated through). For best results do not cover. The pouch is NOT microwavable. Pan fry: Add oil into a pan and fry for 30 seconds.
This product is suitable to freeze. Keep refrigerated between 1-4°C. Once opened, consume within 3 days.
