Creamy Tuna Pitas

Ingredients:
– 4 pita pockets
– 1 cup Anytime Tuna Mousse
– 1 apricot
– 2 Roma tomatoes
– 100g mixed lettuce leaves
– 1/2 tsp salt
– 1/4 tsp freshly ground black pepper

Method:
1. Separate pita to form pockets.
2. Slice tomatoes and apricots into small chunks.
3. Squeeze 1/4 of Anytime Tuna Mousse into each pita pocket.
4. Add remaining ingredients into the pocket.
5. Finish by adding the salt and pepper.

Serve and enjoy!
